Ms. McMullen is the co-author of the
textbook “Mathematical Techniques in
Multisensor Data Fusion, 2nd Edition” and
multiple other published papers. From 1996
to 2005 Ms. McMullen served as a Space
and Missile Operations Officer in the United
States Air Force. Her duties included Delta II
Training Officer, Minuteman III
Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM)
Combat Crew Commander, Deputy Combat
Crew Commander Evaluator, Flight
Commander, Deputy Director Collection
Systems Evaluation Task Force, and
Command Post Chief of Training. She is the
recipient of the Defense Meritorious Service
Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal with
Oak Leaf Cluster, Joint Service Achievement
Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal,
Combat Readiness Medal, Global War on
Terrorism Medal, and National Defense
Service Medal with Bronze Star Device.

Ms. Hall joined the Tech Reach team in
January 2006. Ms. Hall has been
instrumental in helping Tech Reach to
develop a strong research methodology
base for human subjects’ trials. Primarily
Ms. Hall has been developing theoretical
and applied research models in order to
integrate human-computer interfaces,
network visualization, level 5 data fusion,
and aspects of psychology (including
clinical, cognitive, and social). Ms. Hall
has been an integral part of the Tech
Reach team because of her dedication to
interdisciplinary study and her varied
clinical and research experiences. Ms.
Hall earned a master of arts in clinical
psychology from the University of Colorado
at Colorado Springs in August of 2003. Her
thesis and research work was focused on
symptoms of cognitive dysfunction after
motor-vehicle accident trauma, coping
self-efficacy, and post-traumatic stress
disorder.

Ms. McMullen has a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a
minor in Military Studies from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master of
Aeronautical Science with specializations in Space Studies and Human Factors
in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and is currently pursuing a
Doctorate in Business Administration with specializations in Homeland Security
and Aeronautical Science from Northcentral University. Ms. McMullen is currently
serving as a United States representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO) Research Task Group (RTG) for Network Visualization. Ms. McMullen is
also an Adjunct Instructor of Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
and teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses related to aviation
legislation and history, spaceflight history, aircraft and spacecraft development,
and human factors in the aviation/aerospace industry.

Since that time she has worked in several clinical psychological settings to include
adult corrections, children’s residential treatment, child out-patient, and private
psychotherapy practice. Currently Ms. Hall is pursuing her doctorate in school
psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and anticipates completion in
May of 2011.
